Lake Como Suite — Hotel Concept by Made in Milano
When we imagine Lake Como, we imagine heritage. A timeless elegance where architecture, nature and craftsmanship meet.
This suite was conceived as a tribute to the lake’s iconic identity: Murano glass chandeliers, woven bamboo details, Italian gardens, precious marbles and rich jacquard textiles.
The design draws inspiration from the geometry of historic Italian gardens, translating their patterns into carpets, ceilings and marble floors. Outside, the deep green of the landscape reflects on the lake’s calm waters. Inside, that same green becomes a language of refined serenity and quiet luxury.
A dialogue between exterior and interior. Between nature and craftsmanship. Between heritage and contemporary elegance.
A place where the timeless spirit of Lake Como lives in every detail.

Vintage Murano glass lamps and a refined 60 cm chandelier introduce timeless Italian character. Custom bench at the foot of the bed, same hue — different texture — for layered depth.

An elegant dialogue between light, texture, and proportion. Ivory boiserie frames the space, while the sculptural chandelier floats above a refined dining table dressed in soft geometric fabrics. The herringbone oak floor, gently lightened and edged by a subtle perimeter frame, guides the eye toward the full-height glass wall opening onto a serene Dubai garden—palms, green lawns, and blurred sunlight beyond. A timeless interior where classical balance meets contemporary luxury.

Sun-drenched elegance in the heart of Abu Dhabi
 A refined living room imagined for a new ultra-luxury residential development at Mamsha Al Saadiyat, where modern heritage meets contemporary calm.

A sculptural Poliedri chandelier by Carlo Scarpa for Venini (c. 1950s) floats above the space, paired with a rare Murano glass tower floor lamp by Mazzega, attributed to Toni Zuccheri (1970s). An abstract textured artwork in textile adds depth and tactility, while a contemporary hand-knotted rug in wool and bamboo fibre introduces a soft, stylised floral rhythm.
At the centre, the iconic DC1740B coffee table by Vincenzo De Cotiis blends brass and marble in an organic, abstract composition. The space is anchored by a bespoke curved modular sofa, custom made by Made in Milano, upholstered in a rich bouclé or chenille fabric for a warm, enveloping feel.

A dining room conceived as a dialogue between collectible design, craftsmanship and sculptural art.
At the centre, the Chital dining table by Kifu Paris stands out with its refined black shagreen top resting on a patinated bronze brass base. Surrounding it, Kivu armchairs by Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors introduce a bold tactile contrast, featuring hammered metal armrests with a raw, natural finish paired with plush upholstery.
The backdrop is enriched by a custom-made sideboard buffet in galuchat leather with bronze details, flanked by a Nolita Harbour Cagli sideboard with a rich walnut top and olive ash burl doors, blending bespoke elegance with artisanal woodwork.
Lighting becomes jewelry: a pair of vintage Murano glass wall sconces, possibly attributed to Barovier & Toso , crafted with stacked gold-leaf elements and smoked frosted glass.
Completing the composition, a green plaster wall sculpture by Astrid Dodd introduces an organic, sculptural focal point — where art and interior architecture merge seamlessly.

The Slim Side High sideboard by Henge features a wooden structure with burnished brass finish and a solid stone base, combining strength and refinement.

The Caiden swivel armchair with wooden finishes by Rene Cazares adds a contemporary yet warm touch,
while the Elder Dining Chair in bronze with Cambric Stone fabric by Global Views completes the space with timeless sophistication.

Concept interior design for a typical apartment at Les Vagues by Elie Saab in Doha, reimagined by Made in Milano. The project explores our signature style through bespoke furniture, custom layouts and refined material selections, creating a new vision of contemporary luxury living.

We were asked to restyle a villa that was original

We were asked to restyle a villa that was originally delivered as a very standard structure essentially a skeleton and transform it into a more contemporary, appealing, and welcoming home.

The objective was to elevate the design and create a space that feels cozy, homey, and luxurious, while maintaining a clear contemporary architectural language. Our approach focused on working with local materials, combining warm stone and outdoor wood such as teak to allow the architecture to blend naturally with its surroundings.

Set within a forested area just outside the city of Douala, the villa opens through large openings and a clean, contemporary layout, bringing abundant natural light into the interiors and creating a seamless connection with the private garden and swimming pool. The result is a refined yet grounded home, designed in dialogue with its environment and landscape.

A vision of contemporary luxury imagined for a new ultra-prime residential tower in Dubai, overlooking the Marina skyline and the open sea.

This conceptual project blends timeless European elegance with modern Middle Eastern refinement, creating interiors defined by calm, balance, and understated opulence.

Soft architectural curves, bespoke furniture, and a curated palette of warm neutrals, ivory stone, sand tones, and muted aquamarine accents establish a serene yet powerful atmosphere.

Materials are the true protagonists: natural marble with expressive veining, custom stone finishes, brushed brass details, handcrafted wood cabinetry, textured fabrics, and tailored upholstery designed exclusively for the space.

The inspiration draws from mid-century modern proportions, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, where craftsmanship, material purity, and light take center stage.

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame Dubai’s iconic views, allowing natural light to sculpt the interiors throughout the day, while soft ambient lighting enhances depth and warmth after sunset.

A project conceived as a private sanctuary in the sky, where luxury is felt through materials, proportions, and silence — not excess.
